Kids/Family

Our Kids Program is designed to promote the health and well-being for kids of all ages through yoga poses, breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques.

We offer 10 week sessions for toddlers up to teens.

Classes help build awareness of the body and mind through engaging and fun activities using age-appropriate curricula in a nurturing (non-competitive) environment.

Classes are open to all students regardless of yoga experience or athletic ability.

Although yoga is based on a system developed over more than 6,000 years, our program focuses on mind/body fitness and does not incorporate any religious or spiritual aspects.

Our Parent/Child Program offers an opportunity for family members to practice together.

Family yoga is a wonderful opportunity to play and practice yoga together and is designed for younger children (ages 2-7 years)

Classes typically offer a theme set at the beginning of class and often include partner poses.

Parents can also take classes with their babies or toddlers.

Current Kids Class Offerings

We typically run our kids classes from 10:30 am until 5 pm during the week and Saturday afternoons.

Our kids classes are usually taught in a series of 8-10 classes – one in the fall and one in the spring. Please contact us if you would like to sign up your child and/or want to learn more.

Little Yogis

Ages 2.5 to 5 years old – Thursdays from 3:15 pm to 4:00 pm

Yoga Kids

Ages 5 to 8 years old – on Tuesdays from 3:30 pm to 4:15 pm

Yoga Tweens

Ages 9 to 12 years old – on Thursdays from 4:15 pm to 5:15 pm

Yoga Teen Girls

Ages 13 to 16 years old – on Wednesdays from 4:00 to 5:00 pm

Parent/Child Classes

Family Yoga

Open to all ages, with a focus on children 2-7 years old, on Saturdays from 9:15 to 10:00am

Mom and Baby Yoga

On Tuesdays from 9:30 to 10:45 am.

We also offer Yoga Birthday Parties.  The parties typically last for 1 1/2 hours and include yoga postures, partner poses and yoga games.
