Obtain permission

Obtain permission from your doctor, midwife or health care provider before doing any prenatal class.
2

Arrive earlier

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your first prenatal class so we can help you prepare including how to set up the props.
3

Warm up safely

Always arrive on time for any class to ensure there is sufficient time for you to warm up the body safely.
4

Bring a snack

Bring a water bottle or snacks to eat if you are feeling thirsty or hungry during class.

We also offer Postnatal classes designed for new mothers to ensure a safe, well-rounded and supportive class that will help students rebuild strength and balance the body.

The sessions are open to all levels, but please make sure you are cleared for exercise after your baby is born before resuming classes.
