New to Yoga
This package is designed for students brand new to yoga to learn the foundations of the practice necessary to feel comfortable and prepared to join group classes. You will learn the basic standing and floor poses, including how to move safely into and out of these poses, and what props will help you get the most out of every pose.

This package is designed for students who want to accelerate their progress by fine tuning basic asanas to create more depth, strength and space, and/or exploring the building blocks for more challenging asanas (including inversions and arm balances).

This package is designed for students who want to work on more challenging poses, including inversions and arm balances, including how to engage your core to float into these poses. Three 60-minute private lessons plus a 5-class package for $500.
