A tranquil space located in the heart of San Mateo and created to provide yoga to people of all ages and abilities in an earth-friendly environment amongst a supportive and nurturing community of teachers and fellow practitioners.
Kids and Parent/Child Program





Our program is designed to promote the health and well being for kids of all ages through yoga poses, breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques. We offer semester long sessions for toddlers up to teens and weekly parent/child classes for infants up to grade school.  Our offerings help build awareness of the body and mind through engaging and fun activities using age-appropriate curricula in a nurturing (non-competitive) environment.  Classes are open to all students regardless of yoga experience or athletic ability. 


Classes typically include: a theme set at the beginning of class; exploration of the breath; safe and fun warm ups to prepare the body and mind; yoga poses to build strength, flexibility, balance, and concentration; relaxation to learn how to slow down; and meditation.


Please note: although yoga is based a system developed more than 6,000 years old, our program focuses on mind/body fitness and do not incorporate any religious or spiritual aspects.

Current Kids Class Offerings: Below are our current offerings.  If you are interested in having a private class for your kids or adding a session, please contact us.  We typically run our kids classes from 10:30 am until 5 pm during the week and Saturday afternoons.


Little Yogis - ages 2.5-5 years old - on Thursdays from 3:15 pm to 4:00 pm


Yoga Kids - ages 5 to 8 years old - on Tuesdays from 3:30 pm to 4:15 pm


Yoga Tweens - ages 9 to 12 years old - on Thursdays from 4:15 pm to 5:15 pm


Yoga Teen Girls - ages 13 to 16 years old - on Wednesdays from 4:00 to 5:00 pm


Parent/Child Classes: Below are our current offerings.


Family Yoga is open to all ages, with a focus on children 2-7 years old, on Saturdays from 9:15 to 10:00am.


Mom and Baby Yoga on Tuesdays from 9:30 to 10:45 am.


We also offer Yoga Birthday Parties.  The parties typically last for 1 1/2 hours and include yoga postures, partner poses and yoga games.
