By clicking on the link below to view one of our online yoga courses, you agree as follows:

• You understand that our online courses are intended to benefit you and your health, but no specific guarantees have been made or given to you about the benefits that you may receive. You understand that our classes are not a substitute for medical care.

• You understand that our online courses may be physically strenuous and that it is your responsibility to consult your personal physician to confirm that you are capable of participation without limitation. If you experience pain or discomfort, you will listen to your body and adjust your posture or cease participation to avoid injury. You understand that, as a result of the online nature of our courses, none of our instructors will be in a position to assist you in safely entering into or maintaining any posture. You voluntarily participate with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury to you. You agree to accept and assume the risk of injury or damage, known or unknown, which might arise from following instructions given in our online courses.

• You understand that should you permit a minor child to view our online courses, you are responsible for the supervision of the minor child and ensuring that such child’s participation is done safely.

• On behalf of yourself, your children, heirs, distributees, guardians, legal representatives, and assigns, you hereby release and forever discharge us and our instructors, employees, agents, officers, directors and owners, from any and all claims, actions, demands, rights, causes of action, expenses and liabilities (collectively, “Legal Proceedings”), either in law or in equity, arising out of any bodily injury, disability, illness, disease, death, financial loss, property loss, damage, or destruction, or other harm of whatever nature (collectively, “Injuries”), whether foreseen or unforeseen, that may be sustained or suffered by you or any other person as a direct or indirect consequence of viewing our online courses after clicking on the link below. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us and our instructors, employees, agents, officers, directors and owners harmless from and against any and all Legal Proceedings including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and costs arising from or out of Injuries.

• In the event any action is brought to enforce or interpret the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to an award of reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, and expert witness fees and costs, together with any other damages to which the prevailing party is entitled. This agreement shall be governed and construed under the laws of the State of California. This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties to this Agreement concerning the subject matter contained in this Agreement. There are no representations, agreements, arrangements, or understandings, oral or written, express or implied, between or among the parties to this Agreement relating to the subject matter of this Agreement which are not fully expressed in this Agreement.
