As a working mother of two, yoga brings a calming balance that keeps Aileen energized and present in her daily life. Aileen starting practicing in 2001, got certified to teach in 2007 through the Purusha School of Yoga, and received her prenatal yoga certification in 2008 with Jennifer Wolfe. She also completed the Vinyasa Teacher Training at Nandi Yoga in 2016.
Aileen views yoga as a priceless gift and blessing that helps one experience a mind, body, and spiritual transformation to that can lead to clarity and lightness within. She hopes to guide her students to discover those gifts and blessings by leading a mindful, calming and invigorating class and encourages her students to practice compassion and listen to the guru within.
