Celeste Wong

Celeste was initially drawn to yoga for the physical benefits and to complement her background in dance, but after attending her first yoga class in 2008, she quickly realized that yoga can have much deeper mental and emotional benefits as well.

As a full-time public health professional off the mat, Celeste knew she wanted to share her passion for yoga and the many health benefits it offers with others. She became certified to teach by Nandi Yoga in 2016 and has since then been guiding her students toward a deeper level of physical fitness, mind-body awareness, and an appreciation for themselves and others.
