Jennifer, a former dancer, was drawn to yoga as a way to find expression through movement. Since her first practice in 2013, she has found that and so much more. Above all, what keeps her returning to her mat is the absolute bliss and total fulfillment she finds there each and every day. Through the asanas, meditation, pranayama, and the practices of yoga that take place off the mat, she finds more awareness, peace and balance throughout her entire life. Since getting certified by Nandi Yoga in February 2016, her love of yoga has been multiplied exponentially through teaching and sharing it with others. She approaches each class with the motto in mind: "The heart of all spiritual teaching is simple. "Be love. Be peace. Be harmony. Be compassion. Be joy."
