Interested in yoga since 1999, Nicole graduated from Yoga Tree’s teacher training program in 2009. She has since gone on to attend many trainings and is certified to teach Therapeutic and Yin Yoga. Nicole teaches yoga in order to share with others the many gifts yoga has to offer. Her Vinyasa classes are intended to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness with a strong emphasis on breath and alignment. Her therapeutic and yin class allow students to go within to heal and let go of the busyness of day to day life. Nicole appreciates the emotional and physical benefits yoga brings; she hopes all she teaches will discover the same. In addition to teaching, Nicole manages Nandi Yoga.
