Amy Wang

Amy took her first yoga class in NYC in 2000 and her first meditation course in Bodhgaya during a backpacking trip. She gained a deeper understanding and appreciation of the amazing human body while studying yoga and classical drawing in Seattle. With the hopes of sharing the mind-body connection she has discovered, Amy completed her first yoga teacher training in Singapore in 2009, Nandi’s 200-hr training in 2018 and Nandi’s internship program in 2019.  She has also completed her kids yoga teacher training with Tiffany Belzer. 

As a mother of 2, her Mom & Baby class aims to help relieve the aches and pains related to motherhood, support and strengthen the changing body, and create a positive space for mothers to breathe and connect. 

Through yoga with her own children, Amy has experienced first-hand the incredible power of play in the early childhood development and beyond and her Kids & Family classes are designed to nurture the growing minds and bodies of children.
