Gonzalo Rodrigo
Many moons ago, in a gym in northern Sweden, Gonzalo started imitating a foreign routine: plank; down-facing wedge; an alternation of feet back-lifts and knee-to-nose pushes; and one final sky-facing pose with one foot forward. Years later, this time in California, he learnt that these poses were Yoga Asanas, and, as a daily practice, they would become a source of physical prowess and a balsam for all the tension from his work in the tech industry.
In search for deeper understanding and a stronger practice, Gonzalo joined 2022’s 200h Yoga Teacher Training program at Nandi. During the training, he discovered that teaching can be as satisfying as the practice itself. He sees teaching as a way of helping others to discover how Yoga can improve their body and mind.
