After Lisa took her first yoga class in 1995, yoga has been ever present in her life. She has explored many different styles of yoga, but her practice is most influenced by Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Jivamukti.
Lisa is fascinated by the infinite opportunities yoga provides to learn about the body, mind, and spirit. She hopes to share this passion and curiosity and encourage her students to translate the strength, flexibility, and peace of mind gained on the yoga mat into daily life. She completed the 200 Hour Nandi Teacher Training in 2014 and Nandi’s internship in 2015.
