Individual private lessons offer a customized approach to developing a yoga practice
Whether you are a beginner focusing on the basics or an intermediate student wanting to break through on a few positions or an advanced student seeking to push the edge of your practice, we can develop an approach targeted to your individual needs.
Although our group classes are an excellent way to learn and practice yoga, you might find private sessions better suit your needs because of injuries you are working through, a preference for one-on-one learning or a hectic schedule that doesn’t mesh with our public classes. We have teachers who can work with you across all styles and all levels.
How to Get Started
The price of our individual private lessons depends on the experience level of the teacher (our master teachers are more expensive) and the length of time of the class (whether 60 minutes or 90 minutes in length). We also offer packages of classes at a lower cost per class if paid for in advance.
Finally, we offer fixed packages for individual students which combine private sessions with public classes – perhaps you are new to yoga or want to assess where you are in your practice to see which classes make the most sense for you. Please see our Pricing page for details.
