Private lessons are an ideal way to learn yoga whether you are new to the practice or not. This one-on-one experience is tailored specifically to your goals and needs – it’s a unique opportunity to hone your yoga skills with a focus on what works best for you while building body awareness and understanding of how best to develop a lifelong practice that connects where you are today with where you want to be.
